Using TrueBlue® points

Using TrueBlue Points

Award Flight Fares
Just as regular fares vary, the points required for an Award Flight also vary according to destination, day of the week, season, and advance booking window.

No blackout dates
There are no blackout dates for Award Flights—get any seat, any time. As long as there is an available seat and you have enough points, that seat is all yours.

Points don’t expire
TrueBlue points have no expiration date.

Redeeming TrueBlue Points

Once you have enough TrueBlue points for an Award Flight, redeeming is easy:

Certain flights will require more points to redeem Award Travel based on the flight chosen and peak travel periods, among other things. TrueBlue members are responsible for (a) Passenger Facility Charges of up to $9.00 each way, (b) September 11 Security Fees of up to $5.60 per enplanement at a U.S. originating airport, (c) Federal Segment Taxes of $3.60 per domestic segment (a segment is a takeoff and landing), (d) in the case of Puerto Rico and international travel, government fees and taxes of up to $161.60, and (e) any other fees, taxes or surcharges applicable to Award Travel.

Blackout dates apply to codeshare and interline flights.
