Cut-off Time for Checking In
  • If you're not checking bags, you must check in no later than 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure for domestic flights and 60 minutes for international flights.
  • Checked bags will not be accepted more than six (6) hours ahead of scheduled departure time, nor less than 40 minutes (domestic) and 60 minutes (international) prior to departure. 
  • All customers must be onboard the aircraft 15 minutes prior to scheduled or posted departure time for domestic and international flights.

JetBlue is not liable for any charges incurred for bags that were checked late, nor liable for delivery or compensation for late-checked bags.


BDL - Boarding & Deplaning Options

All boarding and deplaning in BDL is done via jetbridge. BDL does not participate in boarding or deplaning from the back of the aircraft.

There are eight TDD (TTY) phones located throughout the airport for those who are deaf or hard of hearing or those with a speech disability. They are located in the lobby, concourse, bag claim areas of Terminal A, in the lobby, two concourses, bag claim area of Terminal B, and in the IAB concourse area.

Pet Relief Area
Relief areas are located on the lower level, at both ends of the terminal building, adjacent to Doors 1 and 6. Follow the painted paw prints on the sidewalk. Customers are encouraged to allow their furry friends and service animals to use the relief areas prior to their scheduled flight. Disposable bags, scooper, and a trash can are available.

UMNR Pick up and Drop off Areas
Pick up:  Arrival gate with gate pass, terminal exit, (to the left of the TSA security check point at the top of the escalator) or BSO. 
Drop off:  Departure gate.
