How can I determine if I am already a TrueBlue member?

If you think you may have enrolled in the TrueBlue program in the past, simply visit www.jetblue.com/trueblue and click the sign-in button. Enter your full email address and the password you created when registering. If you have forgotten your password use the provided link to securely reset a new password.

How can I make changes to my account?
You can make changes to your TrueBlue account, including email address changes, by signing in and clicking on "Edit profile."

How do I change my TrueBlue account password?

You can reset your TrueBlue password quickly and securely by clicking the "Forgot password?" link on the TrueBlue sign in page. This will send a password reset link to your email address. Retrieve the email and follow the instructions. To ensure a smooth password reset:

  • Check your browser version. Our website supports Mozilla Firefox versions 3 and higher, Safari version 5, Google Chrome, and IE 7 or higher.
  • Add jetblueairways@email.jetblue.com to your address book to ensure you receive the password reminder.
  • Passwords:
    • Must not have been used within your last 20 passwords.
    • Must be between 8 and 20 characters
    • Are case sensitive
    • Cannot contain special characters or symbols (such as !#$@*, etc) – except for spaces, dashes, periods and underscores.

We also recommend, but do not require, that your password:

  • Contain at least one letter and one number
  • Not be a proper name

Can I register more than one person with the same email address?
The only requirement for enrollment as a TrueBlue member is a valid email address. Because TrueBlue is an individual customer appreciation program, and the email address serves as the User ID for the account, and each member must have a different email address in order to register.

How do I register my child as a TrueBlue member?

In compliance with our Internet safety guidelines, all children 13 years of age and younger must be enrolled in the TrueBlue program by a parent or guardian. To register a child, age 13 or younger, log into your TrueBlue account and open the drop-down menu, nect to your name in the upper right corner, and choose "Enroll a Child."

To create your child's account, they must have a unique email address that is not currently being used by another TrueBlue member.

If you have confirmation numbers for any flights completed within the last year, you can request points within their TrueBlue account once enrolled. For future flights, you can attach their TrueBlue number on the "My Trips" page and any applicable TrueBlue points will post to their new account automatically.
