Receipt Requests

If you need a receipt for a past or future flight, all you need to do is access your emailed itinerary. Simply scroll down past the “Flights” section to the “Payment” section and click on your name. A new window will open displaying an eTicket receipt including itinerary details and payment/fare breakdown for your reservation.

If you no longer have your emailed itinerary, you may submit a request online via Receipt Request. Please provide the traveler’s first and last name, flight date, email address (may enter up to three) and confirmation number (confirmation number consists of six (6) alpha letters).

Important Reminders

We are unable to provide receipts for the following:

  • Getaways packages
    • Please refer to your original Getaways itinerary
  • Group reservations (10 or more Customers – i.e. sports, youth, school, or community groups)
    • The Groups Desk is available by calling 1-888-538-2583, option 2, Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. MT
  • Itineraries which include hotels, car rentals, etc. (bulk fares)
  • Reservations in which travel was completed over 13 months ago
  • Other airlines reservations including Interline and Codeshare flights
    • Please contact airline carrier
  • Reservations made through a travel agency including online travel agencies (Travelocity, Expedia, Orbitz, CheapTickets, Priceline, etc.)
    • If you did not book your reservation at or at 1-800-JETBLUE, you will need to contact your booking agent for a receipt.
  • Divided reservations
    • Customer with a divided reservation may request a receipt but only through contact us 

Exchanged Tickets

  • A receipt will only be available for your most recently-exchanged ticket.
  • Please allow 72 hours after changing your itinerary for an updated receipt to be available

TrueBlue and Mosaic Customers

If you are a TrueBlue member and need future or past flight details, please sign in to your TrueBlue account.

If you are a Mosaic customer who booked a reservation using TrueBlue points through 1-800-JETBLUE, you may sign in to your TrueBlue account for receipt details.

Not a TrueBlue member or don't know your confirmation number? Please contact us and we'll be happy to help you get a copy of your receipt!

Total USD: Transaction Amount
Paper Ticket Record: The sales transaction
MSR: Miscellaneous Sales Receipt
TKT: Ticket Number
MSR: Ancillary Purchase Item Describes Goods or Service Purchased (for example: Baggage fee)
FOP: Form Of Payment will show you the type of payment used
QTY: Quantity
SVC: Service
PNR: Reservation Number
FARE: Fare Price before Taxes
APPV: Approval
AMT: Amount
B6: JetBlue Identifier
CPN: Coupon
A/C: Aircraft
FLT: Flight
CLS: Class
