You may cancel your reservation within 24 hours from the time of original booking for a full refund. Travel must be booked seven (7) days or more prior to your scheduled departure date. Bookings that have been changed are not eligible for a credit card refund and are subject to a cancellation fee, regardless of being within 24 hours of the original booking. Cancellations may be performed on jetblue.com or by calling 1-800-JETBLUE.

JetBlue offers two types of fares: Nonrefundable and Refundable. For JetBlue Nonrefundable Fares, changes or cancellations can be made prior to scheduled departure for a per-person change/cancel fee on jetblue.com or by calling 1-800-JETBLUE (538-2583), plus any applicable difference in airfare. Any remaining balance will be placed in a JetBlue air-only credit and may be applied toward future travel for one year from date of issuance. If a nonrefundable reservation is not changed or cancelled prior to scheduled departure, all money associated with the reservation is forfeited.

For JetBlue Refundable Fares, changes and cancellations, for a full refund, are permitted prior to scheduled departure. Such changes are subject to availability and any applicable difference in airfare (if there is a change in city pairs). If a refundable reservation is not changed or cancelled prior to scheduled departure, all money associated with the reservation will be placed in a JetBlue air-only credit and may be applied toward future travel for one year from date of issuance. Refundable Fares may not be available on all flights.

JetBlue credits are transferable and may be redeemed up to one year after the date of issuance.

Refunds shall be made by JetBlue to the original form of payment, except that when a portion of the trip has been made, the refund will be made in the amount equal to the applicable oneway fare (less any applicable discount) for the portion of the trip cancelled or not operated as scheduled by JetBlue.

Where one leg of a fare is ticketed as a refundable fare and another leg of a fare is ticketed as a non-refundable fare, the applicable refund and cancellation policies for refundable fares will apply only to the refundable portion and the applicable refund and cancellation policies for the non-refundable fare will apply to the non-refundable portion.

All customers MUST change/cancel their flight prior to departure in order to receive a refund. If a customer "no shows" for a flight, the money on the reservation will be placed into a JetBlue credit for future travel within one year.

Reservations for refundable fares may be cancelled at any time prior to scheduled departure and the customer will receive a full refund. If the reservation is not cancelled prior to scheduled departure, all money associated with the fare will be placed in a JetBlue credit valid for future travel on JetBlue for up to one year from date of issuance.
