A 'meet and assist' is available for customers who need extra assistance getting from the check in counter to the gate or from the gate to the baggage claim area. This could be for customers who have a disability, or customers who just need some extra help.

When booking your reservation, advise the Reservations crewmember you would like a 'meet and assist.' If booking online, please call our Reservations team to have this service code added to your reservation.

Please note, once you are to the gate or the baggage claim area a crewmember does not stay with you.
