JetBlue SMS programs run on the code 538258. JetBlue will not charge you to use this service; however your wireless service provider may charge for sending and/or receiving messages and for air-time.
JetBlue respects your privacy. JetBlue will only use information provided to the Service to transmit text message or as otherwise described in this document. Nonetheless, we reserve the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or governmental request, to avoid liability, or to protect our rights or property. When you complete forms online or otherwise provide us information in connection with the Service, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and true information. You agree not to use a false or misleading name or a name that you are not authorized to use. If we, in our sole discretion, believe that any such information is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, we may refuse you access to the Service and pursue any appropriate legal remedies.
1. JetBlue provides short message service (SMS) notifications and promotional messages (the 'Service'). Please note that to process your requests for this Service, you may be charged a fee to send and receive messages based on the terms of your wireless carrier agreement. All charges are billed by and payable to your wireless carrier. Check with your wireless carrier if you have questions about your wireless plan.
2. JetBlue will not be liable for any delays in the receipt of any SMS messages. Messages sent via SMS may not be delivered to you if your phone is not in range of a transmission site, or if sufficient network capacity is not available at a particular time. Even within a coverage area, factors beyond the control of your wireless carrier may interfere with message delivery, including the customer’s equipment, terrain, proximity to buildings, foliage, and weather. You acknowledge that urgent alerts may not be timely received and that your wireless carrier does not guarantee that messages will be delivered.
3. This Service is available on the following carriers: Alltel, AT&T, Boost Mobile, Cellular South, Cincinnati Bell, Cricket Wireless, nTelos, Sprint PCS, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Verizon Wireless, Virgin Mobile and others.

Flight Status Notifications (FSN)
Travelers and others can sign up to get one-time FSN messages, on any flight, on the JetBlue website at https://www.jetblue.com/manageflights/flightnotification/.
Note: Once the flight has reached it's destination, no FSN messages will be sent.
To get HELP on FSN: Text ‘FSNHELP’ to 538258.
To STOP (or opt out of) FSN on 538258: Reply 'FSNSTOP' to any message, or send ‘FSNSTOP’ to 538258.
OPT-IN: Text 'DEALS' to 538258.
