Kiosk check in is available if you have a confirmed reservation for a future domestic flight.

If you have a confirmed reservation, feel free to use a kiosk machine to check in. You may check in using the kiosk no more than four hours prior to departure if you are checking baggage. Customers with no checked baggage may check in within 24 hours from their scheduled departure time. Kiosk check in is not available 30 minutes or less before departure.

• Traveling on a group reservation in a party of 10 or more
• Standby customers who do not have a confirmed reservation
• Unaccompanied minors
• Traveling internationally (with the exception of flights departing JFK Airport)
• Requested a 'meet and assist' upon airport check in
• Customers who have requested additional assistance upon check in

In addition to the criteria above, customers may not be able to use the remote check-in process due to security directives issued by the Transportation Security Administration (TSA). Please check in at the airport ticket counter where a JetBlue Customer Service Agent will assist you.

We currently have international check-in features on the kiosks at the following BlueCities:

• BDL
• BOS
• BTV
• BUF
• BWI
• DCA
• FLL
• IAD
• JFK
• LGA
• MCO
• NAS 
• ORD
• PWM
• RIC
• ROC
• SJU
• TPA

All other BlueCities with international flights still require Customers traveling internationally to check in at the ticket counter.

Customers are subject to the following requirements when checking in on a kiosks for an international flight:

• The Customers passport must have the necessary barcode to scan their passport through the kiosk
• The Customer's name on their passport must be an exact match to the name on the PNR. If the name is not an exact match, the Customer will be prompted to check in at the counter.
