Your JetBlue Travel Bank Service Credit is good for one year from the date it was issued for JetBlue flights only. JetBlue credits may be used toward the air portion of JetBlue Airways reservation or Getaways vacation packages, but may not be used toward ShopBlue merchandise.
When you are ready to use your JetBlue Service Credit, visit jetblue.com and choose Travel Bank as your form of payment. Or you may call our Reservations team and give the crewmember your Travel Bank account information, the confirmation number from the original flight, or the credit card number you used to book your original flight.

How do I use my Travel Bank credit on a new booking? Can I use it online and over the phone? When booking online at jetblue.com, you will have the option to use your Travel Bank funds during the payment portion of the booking. You will be able to view the balance of your account and indicate how much of those funds you want to apply to the current booking. You will need your TrueBlue or Travel Bank login information to access those funds. You can also use Travel Bank as a form of payment when booking through 1-800-JETBLUE (538-2583).
I want to use a credit card and a Travel Bank credit. How do I do this? When booking online at jetblue.com, you will have the option to apply Travel Bank funds during the payment portion of the booking. Simply apply your Travel Bank funds first, and then enter the credit card information to cover any remaining balance.
I need to change my reservation. Can I use my Travel Bank credit to pay for changes in airfare and change/cancel fees? You can use your Travel Bank account funds to pay for changes in airfare and the change/cancel fee that goes with it. However, your Travel Bank funds cannot be used to pay for the following:

Each member of my family has a Travel Bank account. How do we use our Travel Bank funds on our next reservation? Each family member can use their Travel Bank funds by booking individually online at jetblue.com or by calling our reservations center at 1-800-JETBLUE (538-2583). Family members may not combine travel bank credits.
Can I choose to only use partial Travel Bank funds?Yes, at the "Use Travel Bank credit" screen at checkout, select to manually enter the amount you wish to apply.
