Your JetBlue reservation credit is good for one year from the date it was issued and it may be used by anyone you wish. JetBlue credit may be used toward JetBlue Getaways vacation packages, but may not be used toward ShopBlue merchandise.

When you are ready to use your JetBlue credit, call our Reservations team and give the crewmember your confirmation number from the original flight or the credit card number you used to book your original flight.

If you are a TrueBlue member and your JetBlue credit is linked to your TrueBlue account, you can use your JetBlue credit to book or change your reservations online. Just log on to your TrueBlue account to find your information.

A TrueBlue credit can be used toward both JetBlue air-only reservations booked at jetblue.com and over the phone and JetBlue Getaways vacation packages booked over the phone. TrueBlue credits cannot be used toward JetBlue Getaways vacation packages booked at jetblue.com.

Note: When canceling a JetBlue Getaways vacation package, your credit cannot be applied toward a TrueBlue credit.
