ticket counter hours and location
Our ticket counter is located in Terminal C and is open from 4:30 a.m. until 10:30 p.m.
We recommend you arrive at the airport at least 90 minutes prior to departure for domestic travel, including Puerto Rico, and two hours prior to departure for international travel.
Avoid delays by checking for traffic alerts, and allow enough time to go through TSA screening, particularly during holidays and peak travel days. Please note, JetBlue has cutoff times for baggage check in, and also for check in at the departure gate; JetBlue will not be responsible for expenses incurred due to late check in.
You will need a boarding pass to get through security.

Documents required for travel vary according to citizenship, residency, age (for minors), length of stay, purpose of visit, student status, etc. Please check for specific requirements for the country, or countries, you are visiting to make sure you have the correct documents.
When traveling to the Bahamas, children 16 years of age and younger traveling alone or with someone other than a parent or legal guardian are required to hold a notarized parental letter of consent. This letter should be from the parent authorizing travel and should be accompanied with a copy of the parent's photo identification. In the case of organized group travel, a letter is not necessary; it is assumed that the chaperone has obtained prior permission.
Unaccompanied minors must check in at the ticket counter. The adult checking them in will need photo ID.
Customers who do not have U.S. citizenship, but hold legal U.S. residency may travel with proof of residency and a valid passport. Citizens of other countries traveling to the U.S. must do so with a valid passport and visa.

Exempt from holding return/onward tickets are those visitors arriving to meet up with a cruise ship (who should hold tickets for their cruise) or yacht (who should hold a letter stating they are doing so).
