You can redeem your voucher(s) online by simply booking a flight on jetblue.com and entering in the voucher code(s) and number(s) when prompted to on the payment screen. As a reminder vouchers are non-transferable, and the recipient of the voucher(s) has to be one of the Customers traveling.
If you don't have the voucher information, or the amount of the voucher exceeds the fare, please call us to speak to a Reservation crewmember. Remaining voucher balances will be placed into another voucher(s). Note, new voucher(s) will keep the expiration date of the original voucher(s).
Please remember:
- Vouchers are electronically attached to your reservation - no paper to worry about!
- Vouchers are valid for a 12-month period from the date it was issued; you don't have to jet within one year as long as you've applied your voucher towards a purchase within the one-year period.
- Vouchers can be used towards a new flight reservation, or towards the airfare portion of a JetBlue Getaways vacation package
- Vouchers may be used for fees and fare differences on an existing reservation, but not retroactively or for online changes.
- Vouchers may NOT be used towards the purchase of ShopBlue merchandise.
- Vouchers are non-transferable.
- In the event that a Voucher was used as a form of payment and the reservation is subsequently cancelled, the balance will be returned to the original Voucher and will be subject to the expiration date of that Voucher.
