All boarding and deplaining in LAX is done via jetbridge. LAX does not participate in boarding or deplaining from the back of the aircraft.
For your convenience, regular and oversized wheelchairs are available upon request. Electric carts are not available in the concourse area. Customers will need to use an elevator to get to a different level.
TDD/TTY phones are located near the entrance to TSA and the gate area. There is an information desk outside of TSA prior to baggage claim. Hours are not posted but staff is there from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
