Our ticket counter is located on the second level, Northside Terminal next to Delta Airlines and Aeropostal and is open daily from 9:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m.
We recommend you arrive at the airport at least three hours prior to departure. Avoid delays by checking for traffic alerts, and allow enough time to go through security screening, particularly during holidays and peak travel days. Please note, JetBlue has cutoff times for baggage check in, and also for check in at the departure gate; JetBlue will not be responsible for expenses incurred due to late check in.
To get through security you will need to check in at the ticket counter and receive your boarding pass.
