ticket counter hours and location
Our ticket counter is located in the middle of the Terminal next to Continental and is open from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
When leaving Bermuda we recommend you arrive at the airport at least two and a half hours prior to departure for the afternoon (12:05 p.m.) flight. We recommend arriving at the airport at least three hours prior to departure for the evening (5:45 p.m.) flight since all customers must be checked in before 4:45 p.m. in order to clear U.S. Customs.
Avoid delays by checking for traffic alerts, and allow enough time to go through security screening, particularly during holidays and peak travel days. Please note, JetBlue has cutoff times for baggage check in, and also for check in at the departure gate; JetBlue will not be responsible for expenses incurred due to late check in.
You will need a boarding pass to get through security. Our flights depart out of Gate Area B.
