Do JetBlue Gift Cards expire?
JetBlue Gift Cards do not have an expiration date.

What if my JetBlue Gift Card is lost or stolen?
JetBlue is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards. However, if you report a lost or stolen JetBlue Gift Card, it may be replaced with the remaining balance upon showing proof of original receipt.

Can JetBlue Gift Cards be personalized separately if more than one is purchased in a single transaction?
Only the Electronic Gift Card version available online offers the option of personalized messages. You may purchase up to four individual cards with unique themes, personalization, and value. The Electronic Gift Card also offers three themes for each card purchased: Just Because, weddings and birthday. We will offer specialized cards during the holiday seasons. If multiple Gift Cards are purchased in one order, they will all have the same personalized message.

Can I use my JetBlue Gift Card toward JetBlue Getaway vacation package or ShopBlue?
JetBlue Gift Cards currently may not be redeemed for a Getaways vacation package or ShopBlue merchandise.

Will I receive TrueBlue points by purchasing a JetBlue Gift Card?
No. TrueBlue points are only available for JetBlue flight purchases. Points may be given to the traveler's TrueBlue account when the gift card is redeemed.

Can more than one JetBlue Gift Card be redeemed at a time?
Only one Gift Card can be used on reservations made on jetblue.com. However, up to four JetBlue Gift Cards may be redeemed at one time for reservations made through 1-800-JETBLUE. Customers with hearing or speech impairments can call our toll-free TTY/TDD telephone number, 1-800-336-5530. Please note, the $15 booking fee associated with reservations made by calling 1-800-JETBLUE will be waived if a customer is using more than one Gift Card on their reservation.

Can value be added once a JetBlue Gift Card is purchased?
It is not possible to add value to a JetBlue Gift Card after the initial purchase.

Is there a fee to purchase a JetBlue Gift Card?
There is no fee to purchase a JetBlue Gift Card online at jetblue.com . However, there is a $15 per customer booking fee for flights purchased over the phone at 1-800-JETBLUE for reservations made with only one Gift Card. Please note, the $15 booking fee associated with reservations made by calling 1-800-JETBLUE will be waived if a customer is using more than one Gift Card on their reservation. Also, shipping charges may apply.

How do I check the status of my JetBlue Gift Card order?
The status of a JetBlue Gift Card that was purchased online may be checked at jetblue.com/giftcards.

Can a JetBlue Gift Certificate be exchanged for a JetBlue Gift Card?
JetBlue Gift Certificates and JetBlue Gift Cards have different rules and regulations associated with them. Therefore, they cannot be exchanged.

What happens if I enter my gift card information online and I get kicked off the website before I complete my transaction?
For security reasons our website has a set time for our customers to book in before we "time you out". This will only happen if you do not enter any information during the booking process over a couple of minutes. If this occurs after you enter your Gift Card information the funds you were attempting to use will be frozen for 24-28 hours before you can use them again. If you have any more questions about this process please call 1-800-JETBLUE (538-2583) to speak to a JetBlue representative. Can I have the information about the gift card emailed to me instead of the recipient if I want to keep it a surprise?
Yes. Enter your email address into the email field of the recipient. You can have it sent to any valid email address, it does not have to be the intended recipient.

What denominations are available for plastic JetBlue Gift Cards?
JetBlue Gift Cards purchased directly from JetBlue are available in any denomination between $10 and $1000. JetBlue Gift Cards sold in retail stores are available in $50, $100, and $200 denominations.

When purchasing a plastic JetBlue Gift Card online, what shipping charges apply and how long does it take to arrive?
We offer three shipping options on the JetBlue Gift Card:

• $4.95, FedEx Ground – up to ten days
• $8.50, FedEx 2Day® – arrives in two business days
• $9.95, FedEx Standard Overnight® – arrives in one business day

When will orders placed online be shipped?
Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. ET Monday through Friday will be shipped on the same day. Orders received after 2:00 p.m. ET will be shipped on the next business day.

For online purchases of multiple plastic JetBlue Gift Cards, can messages be personalized separately?
If multiple Gift Cards are purchased in one order, they will all have the same personalized message.

Can plastic JetBlue Gift Cards ordered online be shipped outside the United States?
Currently, JetBlue Gift Cards may only be shipped to the contiguous United States.

Where is the JetBlue Gift Card number located on plastic cards?
The JetBlue Gift Card number is located on the back of the card directly above the bar code. The number always begins with 6006.
