JetBlue charges a $15 per person fee for customers who purchase a reservation over the phone, at an Airport Ticket Counter, or at a City Ticket Office (only in Santiago and Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic).

Customers can save this $15 per person phone fee by booking online at jetblue.com.

Exceptions to this fee apply to the following types of bookings:

• JetBlue Travel Certificates
• Reservations booked with multiple JetBlue Gift Cards
• Bookings of more than nine (9) people
• Getaways vacation packages
• Unaccompanied minors
• Pet bookings
• Bookings for customers with special needs.
• Western Union® booking

All customers who book a refundable fare over the phone, at the airport, or in an city ticket office will be charged an additional $15 per person booking fee. To save the $15 book your reservation online at jetblue.com.
