Cardmembers simply pay with any American Express OPEN Business Card at time of purchase to receive savings. Savings are applied to the entire purchase, including taxes and fees. The savings will appear on the American Express monthly statement, not at time of purchase.  To learn more about the OPEN Savings program please go to open.com/opensavings.

OPEN is the American Express team dedicated exclusively to the success of small business owners and their companies. A small business has between one to 100 employees and an annual revenue of less than $10 million.

How does a customer know they have a Card that is eligible for the OPEN Savings Program?
The Card should say “Business” on the front and have an “OPEN” logo on the back. The customer’s monthly statement will have an OPEN logo on it. If the Card does not meet these criteria, please call 1-800-824-9093 to get a JetBlue Business Card or go to open.com/jetbluecard.

Who should customers contact if they have further questions or would like to get a Card?
Customers may call OPEN at 1-800-824-9093 or visit open.com/jetbluecard.

TrueBlue point expiration

Do TrueBlue points expire?
Points do not expire as long as you have earned points flying JetBlue or use your JetBlue Card from American Express for an eligible purchase within the last 12 months.

How do I know when my points will expire?
The expiration date of the TrueBlue points you’ve earned is indicated on your TrueBlue online statement. To check your account information, visit jetblue.com/trueblue to access your TrueBlue account, then select “TrueBlue activity details.”

I earned a TrueBlue point from spending on my JetBlue Card  right before my TrueBlue points were supposed to expire, but they expired anyway. Why?
It takes up to eight weeks between the time you earn TrueBlue points with your Card and the time they appear in your account. Keep in mind that TrueBlue points earned by traveling on JetBlue show up in your account faster.
