Booking Online

To buy a ticket online, press the "book a flights" option. There are a few simple steps to follow:

Step one

  • Find your departure city by scrolling on the side arrow bar, then do the same for the destination city.
  • Choose Round-Trip or One-Way. (Note, if you are traveling on an International flight, proof of return or onward ticket may be required at the time of check in.)
  • Enter your departure and return dates.
  • Enter the number of adults over the age of 14. Next, enter the number of children between 2 and 13 years of age. If you are traveling with an infant younger than 2 years of age and want the infant to travel as a lap child, you will enter that information later. Please also review the information on domestic or international travel requirements.
  • Click on "search for flights."
Step two
  • Select your itinerary by clicking on the small white circle next to the price. Make sure you choose a flight for both outbound and return if you are traveling round-trip.
  • You can also check prices using the "previous day" and "next day" options.
  • Click on “continue” on the right hand side, bottom of the page.
  • If you didn't find what you were looking for on the first try, click on "start over" to perform another flight search.
Step three
  • Here’s your itinerary and what you will be paying.
  • Look it over to make sure it’s right. Please take time to read the Fare Rules before checking the box -- read before you click!
  • Click on “confirm itinerary” on the right hand side, bottom of the page.
Step four
  • Enter the names of all persons traveling on this itinerary. For adults traveling with an infant between the ages of 3 days up to 2 years, scroll down the "title" bar and select either Mr. + infant or Mrs./Ms + infant. If traveling from the Dominican Republic, Bahamas or Bermuda, the infant will be added to your reservation at the time of check in and a fee of $12 USD will be collected at that time. Enter the information on the person who is buying.
  • Select the method by which you would like to receive your itinerary (email or fax).
  • Click the "continue" button.
Step five
  • Select the credit card type and enter the name of the credit card holder, the credit card number, and expiration date. Note: you can only use one credit card when booking online.
  • Then click on the “purchase” button to buy the selected ticket(s). You will then receive your confirmation. You may now select seats and print out your itinerary.
  • To select seats, click on "select your seat." A diagram of the plane/seat map will appear. Choose from available seats, and remember, you need to do this twice if you have a round-trip -- once for the outbound flight and again for your return flight for each person traveling.
Awesome! You did it. We can’t wait so see you onboard. Thanks for jetting with JetBlue.
