In partnership with Broward County's Airport Master Project Plan, Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) will undergo a major construction to one of its main runways and surrounding taxiways through September 2019. This infrastructure investment will help the entire South Florida area handle flight traffic more efficiently in the future.
During this time, taxiways and runway use will be impacted. Customers traveling on all airlines operating at FLL may experience extended taxi times and delays, especially during periods of adverse weather conditions.
Customers can learn more by visiting the Broward County website. Customers are also encouraged to stay informed by checking the status of their JetBlue flight online or via the JetBlue app before arriving at the airport.
Due to an ongoing terminal construction project at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL), customers are advised to allow for additional travel time when departing out of FLL. Please plan to arrive at the airport at least 90 minutes prior to departure for domestic flights and 2 hours prior to departure for international flights.
International customers: If you are arriving into FLL from an international destination, you may experience extended wait times due to construction within the international terminal.
