Cut-off Time for Checking In
  • If you're not checking bags, you must check in no later than 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure for domestic flights and 60 minutes for international flights.
  • Checked bags will not be accepted more than six (6) hours ahead of scheduled departure time, nor less than 40 minutes (domestic) and 60 minutes (international) prior to departure.
  • All customers must be onboard the aircraft 15 minutes prior to scheduled or posted departure time for domestic and international flights.

JetBlue is not liable for any charges incurred for bags that were checked late, nor liable for delivery or compensation for late-checked bags.

GND - Traveling to Grenada with Animals

JetBlue does accept pets (small dogs and cats) for transportation to/from Grenada. Service and Emotional Support dogs and cats are also accepted.

  • The Import Permit must be presented to the Customs Division at the port of entry and must be accompanied by a certificate showing that the dog or cat was vaccinated against rabies within the six (6) week period immediately preceding arrival in Grenada, together with a Certificate of General Health issued within two (2) weeks prior to arrival.

If you are traveling with a service or emotional support dog or cat, you are required to meet all the requirements listed above by the Ministry of Agriculture.

All boarding and deplaning in Grenada is done via air stairs and turbo way(ramp).

GND - Special Service Information

For your convenience, regular and oversized wheelchairs are available upon request. An information desk is located on the ground floor public concourse and is available daily from 6:00 a.m. - 10:30 p.m.

Postal Service drop off boxes are located in the public concourse (Landside). Stamps can be purchased from the book stores located in the public concourse. 

Baggage Carts are available for EC$5.00 per trolley (Self Service) Trolleys are allowed to access all public areas within the Air Terminal.

GND offers complimentary Wi-Fi Internet service provided by LIME.

Charging Stations are also available (complimentary) for phone, laptops and other electronic devices: Provided by Digicel (available in the Departure Lounge).
