The following tips will help you plan your next trip to LAX:
JetBlue is not liable for any charges incurred for bags that were checked late, nor liable for delivery or compensation for late-checked bags.
All boarding and deplaning in LAX is done via jetbridge. LAX does not participate in boarding or deplaning from the back of the aircraft.
Pet Relief AreaThe post-TSA Pet Relief Area in Terminal 5 is located next to Gate 51B.
There is also a Pet Relief Area outside of the Terminal across the street, next to the Terminal 5 Parking Garage.
UMNR Pick up and Drop off AreasPlease come to the LAX Ticket Counter for check in and pick up of an Unaccompanied Minor (UMNR).
If picking up a UMNR after the Ticket Counter is closed, please proceed downstairs to the LAX Baggage Service Office for pick up.
We will only issue a Gate Pass to the Drop off/Pick up person listed in the Reservation. Gate Passes cannot be issued if TSA is closed – the UMNR will be brought to the Baggage Service Office by a JetBlue employee. Please note that the Drop off person must remain with the UMNR in the terminal until the flight departs
