Cut-off Time for Checking In
  • If you're not checking bags, you must check in no later than 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure for domestic flights and 60 minutes for international flights.
  • Checked bags will not be accepted more than six (6) hours ahead of scheduled departure time, nor less than 40 minutes (domestic) and 60 minutes (international) prior to departure. 
  • All customers must be onboard the aircraft 15 minutes prior to scheduled or posted departure time for domestic and international flights.

JetBlue is not liable for any charges incurred for bags that were checked late, nor liable for delivery or compensation for late-checked bags.

Disability parking
Parking lots nearest to the entrances of each terminal have a limited number of designated spaces for customers with disabilities. The vehicle needs to display an official license plate, bearing the disabled designation or other official documents issued by a municipality or state of residence.

Pet Relief Area
The outdoor pet relief area is located on the lower level of Terminal A; follow the signs to a fenced in area located at the end of the walkway. The indoor relief area is located post-security Terminal A Concourse A1: A10 to A18 gate area; follow the signs to area located between the ladies and men’s restrooms.

UMNR Pick up and Drop off Areas
To check in an unaccompanied minor, please go to the Full Service Ticket Counter at the Departures level of Terminal A Door One. If you're picking up an unaccompanied minor, please go to the Baggage Service office on the Arrivals level of Terminal A located near Door six. Please ask a JetBlue crewmember if you need assistance.
