Disability parking Parking lots nearest to the entrances of each terminal have a limited number of designated spaces for customers with disabilities. The vehicle needs to display an official license plate, bearing the disabled designation or other official documents issued by a municipality or state of residence.
Pet Relief AreaThe outdoor pet relief area is located on the lower level of Terminal A; follow the signs to a fenced in area located at the end of the walkway. The indoor relief area is located post-security Terminal A Concourse A1: A10 to A18 gate area; follow the signs to area located between the ladies' and men’s restrooms.
UMNR Pick-up and Drop-off AreasTo check in an unaccompanied minor, please go to the Full Service Ticket Counter at the Departures level of Terminal A Door One. If you're picking up an unaccompanied minor, please go to the Baggage Service office on the Arrivals level of Terminal A located near Door 6. Please ask a JetBlue crewmember if you need assistance.
