Phones with TDD/TTY service are located at all banks of public phones in the terminal. Also at Information desk B on the upper level. At the information booth on the lower level near baggage carousals.

UMNR Pick up and Drop off Areas
Please check in at the JetBlue ticket counter. One person may receive a gate pass to proceed into the gate area to drop off or meet the minor. In cases where a flight arrives after the ticket counter is closed, the pick-up person should proceed directly to baggage claim to meet the minor.
