UMNR Pick-up and Drop-off AreasDrop off: Terminal 1, at the JetBlue ticket counter for drop off, a parent/guardian may request a gate pass to escort the minor to the gate, or a JetBlue crewmember can assist in escorting them to the gate.
Pick up: Terminal 1, at the JetBlue ticket counter for pick up, a parent/guardian may request a gate pass to greet the minor at the gate once their flight arrives. We recommend retrieving a gate pass at least 30 minutes before the flight’s arrival. Or, a parent/guardian may pick up the minor by the terminal 1 TSA checkpoint EXIT, on the right hand side near Heinold’s First and Last Chance restaurant, where the minor will be escorted to by a JetBlue crewmember.
