Long Beach does not have a jetbridge and all boarding is done via the airstairs and/or ramps. A wheelchair lift is used for customers in a wheelchair or for those who are unable to ascend stairs.
Permitting weather and other circumstances, Long Beach may offer boarding and deplaning from both the front and back of the aircraft.
For your convenience, regular and oversized wheelchairs are available upon request. Electric carts are not available in the concourse area.
TTY/TTD phones are located in the South 1 boarding lounge near Gate 4 and on the first floor terminal near the men's restroom and adjacent to the gift shop.

UMNR Pick-up and Drop-off Areas
Drop off: All UMNRs should check in at the Ticket Counter to receive and complete the check-in process. Please allow sufficient check-in time. Once check in is completed, a gate pass will be issued to the drop-off person who will take the UMNR to the gate. The drop-off person must remain at the gate area until the flight departs. A copy of the UMNR form with the appropriate signatures will be given to the drop-off person.
Pick up: Please report to the Ticket Counter to receive documents to gain access to the Arrival Gate. Once the pick-up paperwork is completed and identification has been verified, proceed to the baggage carousel, if bags have been checked.
