Pet Relief AreaThe Jacksonville International Airport provides an indoor Pet Relief Area for all ticketed customers. It is located post-security next to the food court. Hours of operation vary and will coincide with the TSA Checkpoint hours of operation.
UMNR Pick-up and Drop-off Areas Pick up: JetBlue recommends arriving to the airport 60 minutes prior to arrival of their flight to obtain a gate pass. This will allow you to meet the UMNR at the arrival gate.
