Cut-off Time for Checking In
  • If you're not checking bags, you must check in no later than 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure for domestic flights and 60 minutes for international flights.
  • Checked bags will not be accepted more than six (6) hours ahead of scheduled departure time, nor less than 40 minutes (domestic) and 60 minutes (international) prior to departure.
  • All customers must be onboard the aircraft 15 minutes prior to scheduled or posted departure time for domestic and international flights.

JetBlue is not liable for any charges incurred for bags that were checked late, nor liable for delivery or compensation for late-checked bags.

Wheelchairs: For your convenience, both regular and oversized wheelchairs are available upon request. Electric carts are not available in the concourse area. Elevators are available for customers using wheelchairs.

Telecommunications Devices for the Deaf (TDD) and the hard of hearing are located on baggage level on the end wall nearest American  baggage belts; Ticketing Level left of the third entrance door and across from Southwest ticket counter; Concourse A; Concourse B before Gate 6; Concourse C to the left of C-10.

Complimentary airport Wi-Fi: Free Wi-Fi is available in all areas frequented by the public: gates, concourses, food court, Ticketing Lobby, Baggage Claim and Ground Transportation.

An information desk is available in the center of the baggage claim level, which provides customer paging, including visual paging for customers who are deaf or hard of hearing, language assistance, information and customer guidance. If you need to page an individual, you may stop by the Information Center or pick up a courtesy phone located throughout Nashville International Airport by dialing 615-275-2098.

Federal Express: A service box with forms is located across from the Information Center Desk on the Baggage Claim Level. Time of pickup: 6:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
